Shipping Policy

IN STORE PICK UP

Most of our customers pick up their orders at our store in Kingston.  Kayaks in the store may be picked up the same day they are purchased.  Accessory, motor, and electrical wiring installation will take longer.  If you order online, please wait for a notification that your order is ready for pickup.  We will call or email you when it is ready for pickup.  Due to insurance requirements, our Outfitters cannot load and strap down your kayak.  However, they will advise you how to load and strap down your kayaks.

25-MILE DELIVERY SERVICE

If you are within a 25 radius of our store in Kingston, we will deliver your kayak for a fee of $50.  Please schedule your desired delivery time at the time of purchase.  For non-closeout orders over $1600, we will waive the $50 delivery fee.

50-MILE DELIVER SERVICE

If you are within a 50 radius of our store in Kingston, we will deliver your kayak for a fee of $75.  Please schedule your desired delivery time at the time of purchase.  For non-closeout orders over $2000, we will waive the $75 delivery fee.

FOR DELIVERY

You must be at home and be able to help unload your new kayak.  Our delivery person is only responsible for helping you unload the kayak from the truck.
