Refund Policy

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours by notifying us at 865-376-0793.

We do not offer refunds on kayaks or used equipment.  

The Manufacturer's warranty covers defective merchandise.

Within 30 days of purchase, new, unused merchandise in its original packaging is eligible for store credit or refunds.

Refunds can only be made to the original form of payment.  

Credit card fees cannot be refunded.

Installation charges and labor cannot be refunded.
